Refund & Return Policy
Welcome to Fallen Angel. Because all products on our store are custom-made and printed on-demand specifically for you upon order, our return and refund operations follow strict guidelines to maintain efficiency and sustainability.
1. Buyer's Remorse and Wrong Size Selection
Since we do not keep inventory and every item is uniquely manufactured for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. We highly recommend reviewing the detailed Size Charts provided on our product pages before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
2. Manufacturing Defects vs. Standard Variations
We stand behind the quality of our products, but we only issue replacements or refunds for major manufacturing and printing errors.

What qualifies for a free replacement/refund: Major structural errors such as completely incorrect design placement (e.g., design printed on the wrong side of the garment, upside down, or entirely outside the designated zone), receiving the wrong size/item due to our fulfillment error, or severe fabric damage.

What DOES NOT qualify: Minor alignment deviations (such as slight vertical or horizontal shifts within standard 1-2 cm industry tolerances), minor color shade variations between digital screens (RGB) and physical fabric printing (CMYK), or subjective preferences. Claims stating "the print is slightly higher than I expected" or "it doesn't look exactly how I imagined" will be strictly rejected.
3. How to Submit a Valid Claim
If your item has a major defect as stated above:

Provide your Order Number and attach clear, high-quality photographs showing the entire garment and the specific major defect.
Once our quality assurance team verifies the critical production error, we will either ship a brand-new item to you at no extra cost or process a full refund back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Our system is highly automated to ensure rapid production and delivery. Therefore, orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this 2-hour window, the order enters the production cycle and cannot be stopped, changed, or refunded.
CRITICAL: Address Accuracy & Apartment/Suite Numbers
Fallen Angel is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information.

Apartment, Suite, and Unit Numbers are MANDATORY. If you live in an apartment complex, gated community, or business building, you must provide your specific apartment/suite number, floor, or gate code at checkout.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an insufficient or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees. No refunds will be issued for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer oversight.
