1. Made-to-Order Production Time

Because all of our premium apparel items are uniquely custom-made and printed on-demand specifically for you upon order, your items require processing time before they are handed over to the courier.

• Production & Handling: Standard printing and quality control checks take 3 to 5 business days before your package leaves our global fulfillment center.

2. Shipping & Maximum Delivery Windows

Once production is complete, your package is dispatched via our international shipping carriers.

• Maximum Delivery Time: We guarantee that your order will be delivered within a maximum of 14 business days after shipment, regardless of your global destination (United States, Canada, Europe, or United Kingdom).

• Average Transit Time: While most orders arrive much sooner (usually within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch), please allow up to the full 14 business days for customs clearing and local postal processing.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your order is shipped, our system will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's journey in real-time.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Fallen Angel is a global brand, and orders are shipped internationally. Please note that customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees that may be applied by your country's customs authorities upon arrival.
